Join us for 4 days (once a week for 4 weeks) of fitness activities that will keep the participants moving. Each day will be a different activity: Mobility Training, Yoga, Aerobics and Jazzercise (these are possible activities – subject to change). We will have fun and keep moving…Together in Motion.
Location: Orion Martial Arts, 635 N Twin Oaks Valley Rd (Ste 1), San Marcos
Dates: 4 Week Session on Saturdays (5/16, 5/23, 5/30 and 6/6/2025)
Times: 2:00-3:15 (younger group)
3:30-4:45 (older group)
Fees: $250
